Description: Provides family support and advocates in the community by providing access to needed resources.  Also provides nutrition classes, preventive health care, developmental screenings, and parenting support groups are provided throughout the year, assistance with health insurance, and CalFresh application.Caller must sign up child for the School Readiness program in order to receive the developmental screening. Who is eligible: Must live in the Greenfield district. Developmental screening for 0-5 children.
